Help and support

To begin in ChatGPT, ask: “Teach me air traffic control. Start with a beginner lesson.” Your tutor opens the lesson and shares Watch, the live simulator display. Discuss your decisions in chat; the tutor sends your instructions to the simulator.

Ask the tutor to pause the simulation when you need time to discuss a decision. If the embedded display is unavailable, open the same Watch link supplied in your chat. If you already know the basics, ask the tutor to help you choose a free-play scenario.

You can also play directly with mouse and keyboard at the browser workstation.

For help or to report a problem, email admin@grafton.ai. Describe what you tried and what happened, including the lesson name and any error message. Keep Watch links out of public reports.
